The Australian Senate has launched an inquiry into transnational repression to investigate how foreign governments intimidate, surveil, and silence diaspora communities within Australia.
Key Details of the Inquiry Purpose: To expose the scale of foreign interference and intimidation tactics targeting diaspora groups—including South Asian (India et al.) Palestinian, Iranian, Chinese, Uyghur, and other impacted communities.
Submissions: Impacted individuals and organizations can submit confidential evidence and public contributions.
Deadline: Submissions are open until 19 October 2026.

It be noted that we Sikhs and Kashmiris are particularly victims of transnational repression, let loose by Govt of India. Indian secret agents who are in thousands here in Australia have been openly threatening those who spoke against India. A few following examples will make the allegation clear:
1.Before March 2023, Hindu temples in Australia were being vandalised in night by Indian secret agency and Sikhs were being blamed. After the police exposed reality, graffiti conspiracy that was also going on Canada, USA, Australia has stopped.
2.Recently (Aug 8,) USA police identified 37 criminals from India who were intimidating, extorting, threatening US citizens and involved in drug smuggling. Hand of Indian Police was also found.(Google: Operation Hard Ball)
3.Interesting case where Indian High Commission in USA wanted to eliminate a Sikh leader in 2023. It negotiated with a killer for price. The killer happened to be a secret agent of FBI who recorded the bargain. (Google: Gurpatwant Singh Pannu and Nikhil Gupta)
4.Indian agents have killed a Sikh leader Hardip Nijjer in Canada. Police found hand of Indian High Commission in this killing.
5.Ref. USA Govt website. A bomb was planted in an airliner Kanishak with 329 people on board in June 1985. Hand of Indian High Commission Canada proven. (India however killed militants who involved in this conspiracy. Obviously to destroy evidence. Tarsem Singh Purewal Editor Des Pardes and Piara Singh Hayer Editor Indo Canadian Times’s killing is also said to be related to this conspiracy.)
6.When ever some one speaks against Indian tyranny and persecution and if the secret agent is around, he would invariable scare the person, “Brother don't say like this, because once you reach India, police will catch you at airport itself.”
7.So much so if you are noticed that you are watching some anti-India video or post you are threatened “Brother be careful! once you reach India, police will check your phone.”
8. Sydney.2021. An Indian boy named Vishal Jood attacked Sikhs. He was sentenced for one year. Indian Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar writes to Australian PM that pardon be granted to Jood. On completion of sentence when Jood returned to India he was honoured.
9.In Australia most Sikh organisations are controlled by secret agents.
We thus need to rise to expose Indian secret agents. Then only we can enjoy freedom of Australia. Please don't hesitate to report your experience. This is a Golden Opportunity for us. ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ: ਅਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਂਟ ਨੇ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਰੀਪ੍ਰੈਸ਼ਨ (ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਡਰਾਉਣਾ ਧਮਕਾਉਣਾ) ਦਾ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਹੈ ਜੋ 19 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਤਕ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਲੈ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪੜਤਾਲ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਲੋਂ ਕਿਸ ਹੱਦ ਤਕ ਅਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਆ ਵਸੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਨਿਗਾਹ ਰੱਖੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਡਰਾਇਆ ਧਮਕਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਆਓ ਆਪਾਂ ਵੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦਈਏ ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਕਰੂਪ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਰੱਖੀਏ। ਅਜਿਹਾ ਖਿਆਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਗੁਪਤ ਟਾਊਟਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਸਖਤ ਕਨੂੰਨ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਅਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਅਨ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਡਰ/ਸਹਿਮ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਡੀਪੈਂਡਟ ਫੈਮਿਲੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ ਨਿਕਾਲਾ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਕਨੂੰਨ ਬਣ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸੰਤਾਪ ਹੰਢਾਉਣਾ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਉਣ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਦਾਸਤਾਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕਰਨ। ਯਾਦ ਰਹੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸ਼ਕਾਇਤ ਨੂੰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਗੁਪਤ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਹੈ।

1.ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਮੰਦਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕਰਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੋਰਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਿਗਾ ਵਿਚ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਕਰਨਾ।
2. ਗੁਰਪਤਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਨੂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਾਜਿਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਵਿਚ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿੱਝਰ ਦਾ ਕਤਲ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਫ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਵੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਾਉਦਾ ਹੈ।
3.ਵੇਖੋ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ: ਇਹ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੂਨ 1985 ਵਿਚ 329 ਸਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਜਹਾਜ ਕਨਿਸ਼ਕ ਵਿਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਆਪ ਬੰਬ ਰਖਾਇਆ ਸੀ।ਸਬੂਤ ਮਿਟਾਉਣ ਖਾਤਰ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਆਪੇ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਏਸੇ ਕੜੀ ਤਹਿਤ ਪੱਤ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਤਰਸੇਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੁਰੇਵਾਲ (ਯੂ. ਕੇ) ਅਤੇ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਹੇਅਰ (ਕਨੇਡਾ) ਦਾ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ।
4.ਕਨੇਡਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਗੁੰਡੇ ਬਦਮਾਸ਼ ਆਪ ਬਾਹਰ ਭੇਜੇ ਹਨ। (ਗੂਗਲ ਕਰੋ ਓਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਹਾਰਡ ਬਾਲ)
5.ਤੁਸੀ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਦੀ ਵੀ ਤੁਸੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ 'ਚ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਧੱਕੇਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਦੀ ਗਲ ਕਰੋ ਤਾਂ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟਾਊਟ ਝੱਟ ਬੜੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਪਾਉਣਗੇ ਕਿ “ਭਾ ਜੀ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਪਹੁੰਚਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਏਅਰਪੋਰਟ ਤੇ ਅਰੈਸਟ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਏਗਾ।ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਗਲ ਨਾ ਕਰਿਆ ਕਰੋ। ” ਜਾਂ ਕਹਿਣਗੇ “ਭਾਰਤ ਜਦੋਂ ਜਾਓ ਤਾਂ ਏਅਰਪੋਰਟ ਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਫੋਨ ਚੈੱਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਤੇ ਤੁਸੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਗਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਤਾਂ ਨਹੀ।“
6.ਜਿੰਨਾਂ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਟਿੱਕਰ ਕਾਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਲਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ 'ਕੋਈ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਫੋਟੋ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਤਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। “
7.ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਚ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਕਰਤੂਤ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕਹਿ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੜਕਾਅ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ।
9. ਸਿਡਨੀ। ਸੰਨ 2021 ਵਿਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਜੂਡ ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਸਜਾ ਹੋਈ। ਉਹਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿਚ ਹਰਿਆਣੇ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਨੋਹਰ ਲਾਲ ਖੱਟੜ ਨੇ ਅਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਲਿਖੀ। ਸਜਾ ਭੁਗਤਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਜਦੋਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
