INDIA SHOULD RAISE ARMY OF TERRORISTS INSTEAD OF SPENDING MILLIONS ON ARMY - EX NAVY CHIEF (In Punjabi)
Lo and behold! It is ex Indian Navy J.G. Nadkarni chief advocating terrorism. He says maintaining expensive armies is a costlier thing for this poor nation where we are spending 25% on forces. He says terrorism is a far cheaper proposal.
We have every reason to suspect that by now the Indian Govt must have started working on this theory keeping in view the poor record of this country.
