KHALISTAN FOR GOOD OF US ALL
(This article is for those who are concerned about the well being of Indian masses, and not necessarily wellbeing of Indian Governments)

INDIA A FAILED STATE
A REPLY TO NON-SIKH OPPONENTS OF KHALISTAN
My dear brothers and sisters you are here in Australia, Canada, USA or UK only because all is not well back at home in India.1. CORRUPTION HAS SWALLOWED THE GREAT INDIA – Surely you have experienced corruption and bribery in all most every office in India. I think there is no point starting a debate on it. Because every one of us paid bribe to police constable while getting our passport.
But all of us are not aware that Rs. 1000 (the rate varies from state to state) we paid to constable are shared by SHO, SSP, Director General of State Police and Home Minister of state. And this is true of all departments.
My point is the concept of corruption flows from top to bottom. It starts from top.
So let us come to Top i.e to the level of Prime Minister.
India’s total population today is 140 crore.
The bank loans of rich people written off by Reserve Bank on the orders from Govt (Prime Minister) from 2014 to 2024 are to the tune of Rs. 2725000 crore. (Source: https://thewire.in/banking/modi-mammoth-bank-heist-last-ten-years) (see also table at bottom)
Now divide this amount with total population-2725000 crore-:-140 crore=Rs.19464.28 i.e share of every individual in India. (And for a population of a village of 1000 people this amount will be 19,464,285.71)
But this is a huge unbelievable amount.
Yes. It is.
And to write off this amount the ruling politician get big share; often it is 1/5th to 1/10. Much of it goes to foreign accounts and the remaining in the dubious accounts of political party in power.

BUT THIS IS ONE EXAMPLE i.e of writing off of loans.
1.For example there is Income Tax and other taxes which companies avoid and just pay to politicians and the department becomes helpless.
2. There several ministries and departments and every one buys something or other. Here again companies pay to the concerned. This has many a times appeared in media (especially when the booty was not shared with the person at helm of affairs. I hope you might be aware the Bofor deal kickback when Rajiv Gandhi as PM took millions)
NOW UNDERSTAND THE IMPACT OF THIS BOOTY
The political parties use this money during elections. And honest and independent candidate thus remain behind in vote catching. Often liquor or other commodities are distributed by parties during elections. The poor has no faith in governance thus they snatch what ever is available.
This process makes India a sham democracy.
Thus if this doesn't open your eyes, you are a hardened supporter of either BJP, Congress or Communists.
This phenomenon is not restricted to Central parties but state parties do not lag behind.
Around 2000 AD, when Parkash Singh Badal was CM of Punjab, the Maharashtra police caught a truck of cartons which were filled with currency notes. This was going to Mumbai to some broker. Badal approached L.K.Advani who was then home minister.
Advani swallowed the whole truck but Badal was happy because no criminal legal action was initiated against him.
If the truck was not caught that money would have reached US, Canada, Australia or UK.
So you cant change the corrupt system through vote.

The writer of these lines has been an inspector associated with industries. Will you believe that an industrialist has to handle about 20 inspectors of various departments. So how will the industry grow? How will it compete with Chinese industry where there is no corruption at all.
So when there is no industry there is no employment.
No employment and thus my reader is struggling on foreign lands.
And do you West has been visualising raising India against China. That is why they supported India financially. Now they know reality of India.
2. INDIA WILL SOON BE BANKRUPT
As per cries made in a section of media India will soon become bankrupt in view of international loans it took. Even the IMF has also expressed apprehensions (That India may become slave). As per one report* a loan of 2037.410 billion USD stood on the head of India in Sept 2024 which 81% of GDP. 3. IN DEFENCE OF INDIA GOVERNANCE YOU CAN SAY IT IS HIGHLY POPULATED
You need to understand that employment is always directly proportionate to population. More population more shops, more building workers, more banks, more rails, more police etc.
We have been fed with false propaganda.
More over China too has population. There is negligible unemployment.
4. BUT WHY INJUSTICE IN COURTS?
In defence of India you may try to advance a thousand false pleas like India is highly populated, India is developing, India is poor, technologically still back.
All your arguments will fail when I ask what technology is required for administration of justice?
No, nothing.
It is solely the human mind which will give justice.
Then why justice is denied to Indian people?
(It is an acknowledged fact that justice delayed is justice denied)
The simple answer is corruption.
The shameful fact that till 1980s the senior citizens who have experiences British rule in India would openly claim that the rule of the Whites was better. After all the courts would deliver justice.
THUS IT IS A HARSH FACT INDIA HAS FAILED.
5. AFTER INDEPENDENCE IN 1947 INDIA HAS GONE DOWN
At 1947 one British Pound was equal to 13.37 Indian Rupees and one US dollar was equal to 3.3 Rupees. Today one US dollar = 87 Rupees and one Pound =108 Rupees.
So this is the progress India made.
6. INDIA HAS FAILED IN ALL SECTORS. Be it education, health, law and order, social harmony. To cut the story short Indian defence minister admitted in Parliament that China has so far occupied 38000 sq. kms. of Indian land. Indias largest budget allotment for armies. So what is use of huge army when you could not defend your border?
Mind it China occupied lands are those which once formed part of Sikh Empire of Lahore.
7. ITS UNITARY CHARACTER ROOT CAUSE OF ITS FAILURE- India is a conglomeration of nations; admitted India’s first scholar President Dr. Rajinder Parsad. It is the British rule which formed the present India. Historically there was no such India. There are Kashmiris, Punjabis, Hindustanis, Biharis, Rajputs of Rajasthan, Gujratis, Marathis, Telgus, Kannads, Tamils, Malyalams, Oriyas, Bengalis, Assamese, Nagas, Mijos. Historically only nation states survive for long. It is thus bound to disintegrate. And then only the innocent crores will get justice.
Now those at the helm of affairs in Delhi pull revenue to their respective nations. Like now the Gujratis are ruling and the major revenue is going to Gujrat.
Interestingly the Indian constitution is written but sarcastically it is silent how the revenue is to be distributed among states. Thus there is dishonesty right from its womb.
8. YES INDIA HAS PROGRESSED!!!!!
The country you are so proud of is today No.1 in world as far as number of poor is concerned. It has recently defeated Nigeria. Its rank is among the highest in world as far as prevalence of corruption is concerned. Its caste hatred has become world famous. Casteism has further precipitated. We are number one in teaching of falsehood to school children.
Its educated class is number one chauvinistic (false pride of nation) in world. My dear reader, all along your education career you have heard the lectures that India is great. Now you are living overseas may I ask you in what aspect is India great? You have no answer!!!
Indian system has made every citizen corrupt.
Today I remember Bhalla episode.
In 1991, I was posted as Manager in E.S.I office of Batala (Punjab) and had powers of inspector.
When I reached the factory of one Des Raj Bhalla, a DSP of BSF (Border Security Force) and an inspector of Pollution Control Deptt. were already sitting in Bhalla’s office.
They were discussing Khalistan militancy.
To DSP, Bhalla said, “Sir, if you seal the border, there would be no arms with militants and without arms and ammunition movement would die.”
Pointing towards me the DSP said, “Bhalla sahib who is this Sardar ji?”
Bhalla replied, “He is ESI inspector.”
DSP said, “Already there is one Inspector and this one more!”
Bhalla replied, “Sir we deal with 20 to 25 departments.”
DSP said, “How can you deal with this huge army while running a factory?”
Bhalla replied, “Sir my Munim manages it all. He has a very powerful relative called Maya Ram (Mr. Money)”
At this DSP said, “Bhalla sahib do you know we all Govt employees live side by side. How come the son of an Income Tax inspector or police Inspector goes to school on car and me DSP’s son can’t afford even a cycle? This won’t do. I will also honour who gives me the envelope.”
Bhalla felt embarrassed.
At this the DSP explained to Bhalla that evasion of tax is no less a crime than allowing smuggling on border.
The fact is every citizen of India wants his own convenience but at the same wishes that govt employees should be honest.
India has become a country of chauvinistic (fukre desh bhagat) people. For this school syllabii and the so called patriotic films are to be blamed which teach pseudo-nationalism.
In brief, in the end you will agree
INDIA IS A FAILED STATE
Then what is the solution?
FEDERALISM is the answer.
Let there be competition among states.
You will object, “India will break into pieces?”
Yes. But who loses in it?
It is the present corrupt politician who loses.
The masses gain in it.
You will say, “But Hinduism has been strengthened in the present system?”
Answer – Mostly it is Hindus who are suffering. Through Temple Politics the present regimes have only polarized the masses and emotionally blackmailed them. For example in Orissa the condition of poor is worse and all are Hindus.
At least give the states freedom that are fighting for it like Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Nagaland etc.
For example when Punjab is independent and it progresses it will have impact on neighbouring states. The neighbouring states will be compelled to bring positive changes which Punjab or Khalistan might bring.
Question- How you say Khalistan will be different from India as for as progress and transparency is concerned?
Answer – Mind it at present all Sikh or Punjab institutions (for example SGPC) are being ruled indirectly by the Indian agencies. Therefore don’t keep them in mind. Khalistan will be ruled in accordance with Sikh principles as laid down in Gurbani.
Its example the Sikh states which emerged after 1765 AD can be seen.
For this you will have to see the history of governance in the Sikh State of Maharaja Ranjit Singh. Your problem is the present Indian Govt has been concealing the history of Sikh state from its masses. For example the fact that in the Sikh state literacy rate of female was better than that of United Kingdom (See G.W. Leitner- History of indigenous education in the Punjab since annexation and in 1882. )
Perhaps you don’t know that the Sikh Raj was among the richest states of that era.
You don’t know the fact that Sikh state had abolished capital punishment. Never ever there was any communal tension.
Perhaps you don’t know even the fact that the in the Sikh state all ministers were either Hindu or Muslims.
There is no doubt that the Indian governance has tried to dilute the Sikh practices and ethos from the minds of Punjabis, notwithstanding the perpetual Gurbani will guide us.
Objection – Once Khalistan is granted freedom, Pakistan will swallow.
Answer –
Again you are mistaken. We are living in civilised world where international brotherhood never approve annexation of another nation. For example when in 1971 Bangladesh was liberated from Pakistan there was a discussion whether Bangladesh be made another province of India or given freedom. Immediately international authorities warned India against any adventurism.
Moreover brother this again is your chauvinism. Why should you worry about the land and people of Punjab? For you kind information world has never felt tendencies of expansionism in Pakistan politics. There were instances when Pakistan could try to annex Afghanistan. But never any issue of such a type arose. Can you please name any neighbour which is happy with India?
You need to change your psyche. You need to shed your pride. Your will to rule on others is your evil. You are living in medieval times. Look the British Empire in whose vast rule the sun wouldn’t set has changed. For example the Scottish people sought independence from UK. UK immediately conducted a referendum in 2014 to know the opinion of Scotland people. It is different thing that the Scottish people voted against freedom from UK. Soviet Union granted freedom to some 15 nations.
Objection- Most people of Punjab are opposed to Khalistan?
Answer- You have no courage to admit fact. Do you know that in 1989 general elections the Punjabis voted for freedom. Do you know in again in 1991 the Khalistanis gave a call for boycott of votes and only 11% voted. Govt of India fully knows that Punjabis are fed up with corruption of India. Khalistanis have often challenged Govt to get a plebiscite conducted under the supervision of UNO. India has always been running away from it.
Objection – Most Hindus of Punjab don’t want Khalistan?
Answer – Yes there are but how many? Just 4-5%. So your worry is 5% people and not 95%.
Objection – Khalistan will be a land-locked country and will not survive long?
Answer – That shouldn’t be your worry my brother. For your kind information of the total number of countries in the world i.e 195, there are 44 land locked countries . There are countries right in your neighborhood; Nepal, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.

ists critical of the government, as well as attacks on civil society and intimidation of the opposition. The ruling anti-pluralist, Hindu-nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) with Prime Minister Modi at the helm has for example used laws on sedition, defamation, and counterterrorism to silence critics.18 The BJP government undermined the constitution’s commitment to secularism by amending the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) in 2019. The Modi-led government also continues to suppress the freedom of religion rights. Intimidation of political opponents and people protesting government policies, as well as silencing of dissent in academia are now prevalent.19 India dropped down to electoral autocracy in 2018 and remains in this category by the end of 2023.
