PARTICIPATING IN ELECTIONS HE WANTS TO WEAKEN THE CONCEPT OF SIKH STATEHOOD
- Initially when elected to Parliament he didn't enter the house because he insisted to carry inside 3 feet long sword
- Second time when elected he abandoned the sword but didn't present the Sikh case in the house
- Though his press statements are of international standing but mostly remained silent in house.
- The 1999 elections agencies helped him win. Congress nominated a week candidate who virtually surrendered before Mann.
- Mann complains that people respect him but don't vote him. Mann should explore the reasons.
- Mann you can't win elections but surely can damage the concept of Khalistan.
- Mann has an election understanding with Balwant Ramoowalia a staunch opponent of Khalistan
