HOW WOULD GILL KILL THE BOYS

FOR HIS SENSUOUS PLEASURES GILL HIJACKED  ENTIRE INDIAN  SET UP

A criminal in Police uniform DGP  K.P.S. Gill had weakness for 3 Ws. Unfortunately he was taken away from civil police (Assam Govt)  to CRPF. As a CRPF officer he had no direct contact with people because CRPF is deployed only at places where law and order are in threat. And he knew the weakness of  Hindu India that it would wish to maintain unity of India at any cost including mass scale killing. To escape from CRPF, Gill thus offered to Govt to carry out its written and unwritten command. Gill was thus handed over the command of Punjab police.

Because he won back Punjab

for India the Hindu media

 gave him name

'SUPER COP'

First thing that Gill started was giving cash award for killing of Sikh youth. In routine course the Indian police would announce award for capture of wanted criminals which the police could not apprehend in a normal or routine course.
But in this way how could police kill innocent youth? Gill devised a novel way (sic):  the award would be announced after the youth is eliminated i.e subsequently (ex-post facto approval). The police would kill a person and report Gill’s office. Police Head Quarters would  then sanction  the reward. Thus, now there was reward for every person who so ever is killed. Now it became irrelevant whether a person was  supporter of Khalistan or not.
It was thus a second time in history that there was reward on the head of a Sikh. Earlier it was in the first half of 18th century.  KPS Gill became 2nd Lakhpat Rai again a Sikh.
We know police in India is corrupt. Psychologically it is a known fact that once some body commit a first crime he would not hesitate to do it second time and subsequently he would not at all think before committing. Police resorted to killing in a big way.  Those police officials who did not come forward for killing were sidelined.  Even fresh recruits were made SHOs i.e in charge of the police stations.
Young boys would be arrested from their homes in the early hours of day and taken to police stations.  Severely beaten or tortured. Then negotiations would start.  Rich people would manage to get their kids free in a week or so. This was done when the money had exchanged hands. After the deal would be over the SHO would advise the parents to ask the concerned Panchayat or Sarpanch to approach him.  Then the boy would be handed over to the local leader.
But the approach in case of real Khalistanis or bhagaorey the deserters would be different.  After arrest they would be immediately  taken to unknown place. Normally these were the interrogation centres which would be 2 to 3 in a district. Police had devised new torture methods. Technology was also used. If the boy would start listening the  police they would give him two options 1. either to get ready for death or 2. join police support as a Cat.
In the evening every police station would report on the daily catch; 1. No. of Deserters (bhagaorhey) apprehended, 2. Sympathisers, 3. Beginners or potential khalistanis.
A lot has already been published on the sham killing squads of Gill called cats. The cats would go to the homes of Khalistan sympathers acting as Khalistani warriors and kill and rape. Next day there would be news blaming the Khalistanis. Gill’s killing squads first started from the police families. The would choose any police man or officer and kill his family members and blame would be on Khalistanis. Mostly they did in case of police men from Hindu community. The cats would meticulously plan and execute to give impression that it was misdeed of Khalistanis.
In this way sympathy of policemen with the Khalistanis was cut and Hindus hatred for Khalistanis generated.
Gill created such a big cat force that embarrassed Khalistanis stopped the Khalistan movement.
Whenever the cats would strike in some major way,  Gill would issue verbal orders as to the number of captives to be killed on the subsequent day.  The captives would be taken to some isolated locality and then killed and then removed his fetters. Sometimes there would be fetters still present on the hands of dead bodies.
Next day there would be news that such and such number of Khalistanis have been killed in an encounter which took place on the ‘bank of a river or such and such canal’.
Any administrator who has lust for  3 Ws. is often mis-utilised by vested interests. It was an era when people settled their personal grudges through killing by Gill’s cats. Beautiful women would also approach Gill to this end. Case of actress of Hindi movies Shree Devi is famous on this account.
Unbridled Gill even went to the extent of molesting an IAS woman also.  Had she been a Sikh would have been different but she was married to another Hindu IAS officer brought lot of embarrassment  to Govt.  Judiciary punished Gill but executive and legislature saw that Gill was not behind the bars.
Gill killed hundreds of thousands of Sikh boys and its result is visible through the census reports. Sikh growth rate has fallen to 8 per thousand per annum against Indian average of 18.
Today the Govt of India has become wiser by not offering tributes to Gill at the time of his cremation but the blot Gill has left on Indian democracy is hard to wash. Immature movement for Khalistan would have vanished with time but was important what means India adopted to kill it. It would continue to reflect on the Indian democracy. THE BLOT IS TOO BIG TO HIDE.

A lot of falsehoods in this article. Most of Punjab police was Sikh as well. Militancy was the way of the youth misguided by religious preachers who unfortunately had no role in a modern society.

If you went right into the workplace to locate out that every little thing was gone or that you were missing out on a heap of money, it would certainly not be a really enjoyable day. This orange county arrests can make you need to submit personal bankruptcy as well as you might shed your service that you functioned so difficult to construct from scratch.
