WOW! PAKISTAN PROPOSES BRIDGE ON RAVI TO OPEN CORRIDOR TO KARTARPUR

According to a news report in Ajit daily of 16-12-13 Pakistan has proposed to Govt of India to construct a bridge on River Ravi to open corridor to Gurdwara Kartarpur sahib. According to press report the Pakistan federal minister Ahsen Iqbal brought the entire peace plan in the notice of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. Ahsen told the media this plan will dawn peace in the region.

OUR COMMENTS

We believe any  serious attempt for peace between the two Punjab or broadly speaking between India and Pakistan should begin from kartarpur. Kartarpur is a key to peace between India and Pakistan. It is the last abode of Guru Nanak. Kartarpur sahib where Guru Nanak breathed his last is spread in two countries i.e Pakistan and India. It is amusing  to know that when Guru Nanak passed away Muslims build a grave and Hindus built a 'marhi' or Samadhi. Both these are in Pakistan, just four Kms from Indo-Pak border, in district Narowal. Further surprising that a third tomb does also exist and it is in India at Dera Baba Nanak i.e one Km away from border.

Guru Nanak is really a bridge between Islam and Hinduism. Let us build a corridor connecting the these three shrines and peace will dawn in this region.

Punjabis of this side are running a very peaceful campaign from the year 2001 seeking a corridor for visa free visit to Kartarpur sahib. The (East) Punjab has also unanimously passed a resolution requesting  the Centre to take it the issue with Pakistan Govt. This is a great news as the Pakistan as taken initiative for this pious work. It will really be great if the peace movement is started from here.

MEANWHILE DR. NAVJOT SIDHU Parliamentary Secretary Govt of Punjab visited the Corridor site and assured us that she will henceforth vigorously pursue the corridor cause.

CASTEISM IN SIKHS 

Coin a different term for it

We reproduce an article from a Delhi based journal 'Dalit. Voice' which wrongly claims that Sikhism is almost as caste-ridden as Hinduism is. Author's objection being that the marriages in Sikhs are still caste based and the lower caste Sikhs are still discriminated against. We feel either the author has no knowledge of what casteism is or there could be some deliberate attempt to defame Sikhism. The author must note that the remnants of casteism/tribalism that he has noticed are there in Islam as well in Middle East, Pakistan and Bangladesh too. Cast-conscious matrimonial 'do appear in Pakistani dailies as well. We admit that it is a fact that caste -consciousness does exist here in Punjab but its shape and form are quite different from elsewhere in India. Caste awareness at the time of marriage is partially due to financial status determination. Besides what ever little awareness exists its magnitude is much less as compared to caste-consciousness within shudra outside Punjab. The author cites example of Tarkhan [carpenter] Sikhs. We need to tell him that the Tarkhan were shudra of the Hindu Varnasharam rechristened today as the Ranrgarhias in Sikhism, they are today the most prosperous community, which has a feeling of superiority. They consider themselves better than Bhapas and also Jatts who themselves were shudra once upon a time in history. The author must note that here in Punjab it is 'his dalits' which dominate, poor Khatris- Aroras [kshatriyal and Brahmins with secondary political status assigned. For example Giani Puran Singh [ex-head of Sri Akal Takhat] and Baba Thakur Singh head of Dam Dami Taksal come from the erstwhile Balmiki caste. Bibi Jagir Kaur comes from the Lubana caste. But these facts are not known to Sikh masses and Dalit Voice may carry out some survey on this.  Rao must compare the incidence of Casteism elsewhere in India and Punjab. Can Rao find an untouchable serving langar the kitchen to Brahmins? In Sikhism it happens.
Coming to the writer's comments that Sikhism has not united castes, perhaps the writer can't discriminate between the caste incidence of Punjab and other parts of lndia. 
Some political parties like Congress have however tried to play havoc with the Sikhs to create caste awareness among Sikhs. Like they tried to form caste based forums to dilute national i.e qaumi feeling among Sikhs by dividing them and they have succeeded partially but ultimately truth shall prevail. 
Dalit Voice may analyse the caste based Gurdwaras in Delhi's. We dont know whether the writer will be pleased or displeased to know that out of about 90 Gurdwaras in Delhi only 3 or 4 are caste based ones which again are promoted by the erstwhile Congressite Sikhs. 
Coming to newspaper matrimonial; we have before us Tribune of Feb.13 [Sunday] total caste title/categories that figure arc Hindu-Brahmin, Khatri/Arora, Vaish/Jain, Rajput and Miscellaneous and now mark Sikhs- it is Sikh, and Jat Sikh, that is all. There again it is the Tribune which does mischief. It is their office which divide matrimonial into such categories. Now compare it with the Hindustan Times Delhi matrimonial with almost half a century caste categoris.
Buta Singh, if he feels that he is being treated as untouchable, it is for his kartoots actions towards Sikhs that he had to flee from Punjab and get his son married in a Bengali family. 
The fact is this editor feels ashamed of talking like this in caste terms it is sinful. Because Guru says caste-awareness is attributable to ego which has to be minimised on the path to religion. Guru Nanak brought a revolutionary change when an erstwhile Balmiki was asked to serve langar at Kartarpur sahib. 

RELIGION DOES NOT UNITE CASTES

A visit to Punjab in October last and attending a two day seminar of Sikh intellectuals at Chandigarh helped us throw further light on our "caste identity' Debate. 
 Our three days stay and discussions with upper caste Sikhs, Dalit Sikhs, Backward Caste Sikhs, Dalits Christians and non-Sikh Dalits etc. further convinced us that religion does not unite. 
The Sikh religion offers the best proof for this. The Sikh religion not bind the Sikhs but it did not create even an understanding. This is what SC/BC Sikhs and others told us at Chandigarh. 
The Tribune, Chandigarh, the largest circulated English daily, had several pages cf matrimonial advertisements on Sikhs. The ads clearly mentioned the sub caste of every Sikh boy or girl whom the advertisers are seeking. And many of the advertisers are based in the West. Caste making a devil's dance within every Sikh. Such a powerful religion today is broken into pieces – water tight compartments. 
Death blow to caste: The Sikh religion was founded by Guru Nanak to destroy the caste System and liberate the Dalits and other oppressed jatis. The last Master( Guru Gobind Singh gave a death blow to caste system and declared Sikhism as something different from both Hinduism and lslam. But what is the fate today? Caste is intart among Sikhs. 
Even upper caste Sikhs like the Khatri, Arora, Jat etc. are also equally divided. Each Sikh jati has separate gurdwara of its own. Gurcharan Singh Giani, who heads a Sikh jati of Ramgaria (carpenters), said Sikhism was steeped in casteism. President Zail Singh belonged to this caste. 
The Dalit Sikhs, Dalit Christians, Ramgarhia Sikhs, and even some honest 'upper caste Sikh leaders admitted that every person in Punjab lived in a water tight compartment of his or her caste. Sikhs are as much divided on caste lines as the Hindus. 
Theory & Practice: ln theory Sikhs have no caste, Sikh religion is again caste. yes. This is theory. Sikhism is anti-caste and there is no scriptural sanction to caste. But in Punjab, where a Sikh Govt. is ruling, every selection to every post, whether religious, official academic or political, is done on the basis of one's jati. 
ln all other states of lndia, there is no rule of any one particular religion. But in punjab, whereas Sikh Govt.  ruling, every decision is taken as per the Sikh religious dictates. 
So in such a Sikh state every action should have been guided by the Sikh  religion. This is not so in practice. The Sikh political leadership is in the hands of Jat Sikhs who are the ruling class and all top jobs are held by this jati. How can we then say religion unites a people? Can there be a better example to prove Baba saheb's argument? 
Buta Singh Example:
Buta Singh offers the best example to prove how caste identity remains untouched despite the fact that he is a Sikh. Buta Singh, a former Union Home Mhister and now a member of the Lok Sabha from Rajsthan, is a Sikh. Both his mother and father were born Sikhs. He regularly attends gurdwaras and prays as a devout Sikh. He has the Sikh turbans. Sikhs beard and every identify of a Sikh. 
Yet, the upper caste Sikhs don't accept him, don't embrace him, don't take him into confidence. To them he is a Dalit. Buta Singh once told us that the upper caste Sikhs do not even address him as "sardar Buta Singh". 
But even among Dalils, he a Valmiki, sweeper community man. Valmiki, therefore, is his jati identity. And he is the president of his jati association in which there are both Sikh Valmikis  and also non-sikh Valmikis. Even after becoming a Sikh, he continues to be a Valmiki. Jati never dies because jati is our identity. 
Here is India's most beautiful case to prove how "caste identity 'can never be diluted let alone destroyed even after embracing a revolutionary religion like Slkhism.

UNTOUCHABLES, TRIBALS AND SHUDRA WERE NEVER HINDUS 

When we were children we used to be taught that Hinduism is the most tolerant faith. Now having grown up we often see the demonstration of this 'fact'. We see how a Christian religious meeting at Amritsar was not allowed to be held by the Hindu protagonists. How a man called Staines was burnt alive with his two sons, for the crime that he was a Christian missionary. Their objection is that through their education and hospital services these Christians are converting innocent Hindu people to Christianity. We ask why do you allow such a lacunae of services? Why don't you yourself provide it? But the fact is, it is the Brahminic ideology to keep some people deprived of what we now days call 'human rights' Or is it the independence fever? 
We quote some of the examples how the Mannu Simritis is discriminatory to a certain section of society called Shudras; 
•    If a Brahmins eats the food offered by a Shudra he will have to undergo rebirths of 7 lives of a dog and 9 times he will be born as a pig. 
•    If a Shudra utters a word from Vedas he will surely go to hell. 
•    If a Shudra arranges a 'hom' (worship) it is the duty of the king to get him killed. 
•    Shudra should not be allowed to listen religious discourses and sermons. 
•    If a Shudra speaks harsh language to the Brahmins the king should pour boiling oil on his mouth.  Brahmins should desist from settling in the kingdom ruled by Shudra. 
On the other hand see the privileged treatment to Brahmins:
•    Brahmin is the master of whole material things and he can assume possession of any thing. He need not pay any thing neither revenue to the king. 
•    If the king happen to dig a treasure he should share it with the Brahmin. 
•    If a Brahmin is caught stealing, he should not be punished, because it is the fault of the king that Brahmin remained needy and he had to resort to stealing. 
•    Literate or fool the Brahmin is a respectable god as fire is always pious evens though produced without the chanting of any hymn. 
•    Besides the Valmiki Ramayam has an episode where  Shambuk  a Shudra had undergone penance and his devotion of bhagti was likely to be awarded by God. Then a Brahmin rushed to Bhagwan Rama complaining how a Shudra's bhagti was likely to be accomplished and awarded and that there was need of its being stopped. It is written in the Ramayana that Rama rushed to the place and beheaded Shambuk before he could accomplish the feat. 
Guru Nanak brought a revolution when 500 years ago he made a Shudra to sit along with high castes ones and dine at a langer at Kartarpur sahib. Brahmins tried to undo it when Ptrnjab was annexed in the middle of 196 century and the Hindustanis identified with the English invaders. They commenced mass conversion of Shudra in the programmes called Shudi and keshas of thousands of Shudra were shorn in groups. 
Saraswati Daya Nand led the Shudi campaign. It is a shear highhandedness that these Brahmins don't allow conversions notwithstanding the discriminatory treatnent meted out to shudra. 
Here we reproduce a piece published in the Hindustan Times of Delhi on Jan. 20 and two rejoinders that the papers received.

On the eve of  the Pope's visit there were claims and counter claims Christianity in general in India and re-conversion in particular. Since 80 per cent of converts to Christianity have been either dalits or tribals, the conversion debate primarily concerns them. What is forgotten in the politically motivated campaigning is that dalits and tribals were never Hindus. Traditionally, dalits, known as panchamas, bahyas and achhoots or outcastes, were outside the caste order. 
The debate points to the dubious manner in which facts are recklessly misinterpreted. The sudden rhetoric displaying love and brotherliness for the dalits by Hindu narcissists reveals the desire to hold their hegemonic social structure intact by incorporating dalits and tribals into a social system which had no space for them till the missionaries, and more specifically Britishers, came to lndia. The sudden  aggressive mood and the claim that dalits are a part of Hindutava is the result of insecurity arising from the loosening of Brahminical dominance. 
lndeed, it needs to be emphasised that dalits have advanced to a stage in history where they can express their identity independent of outside sympathy. They no longer need patrons and godfathers. Today they are in a position to speak for themselves. It is also pertinent to note that the interests of the dalits and the Hindus are antagonistic to each better. Even before the arrival of Aryan immigrants, dalits and tribals had an independent culture, highly democratic in nature. The religion, beliefs, customs and ideals of dalits and tribals have been the very anti-thesis to the in-egalitarian, exploitative and repressive culture of the Hindus. 
How the dalits came to be defined as Hindus is a question the VHP and their ' associates [RSS] have yet to answer. The dalits and tribals have always been outside the pale of the chaturvarna scheme of stratification. They are in several places not allowed to enter Hindu temples, not served by Hindu priests, and not allowed to read ihe 'sacred' texts of Hindu religion. Then how can one count them as Hindus ? 
Numerous writings of foreign travelers and works of anthropologists show that  before the advent of Christianity in lndia, dalits had a religious system of their own. Dalits are concerned with their local village goddesses. The female goddesses appear dominant. Unlike in Hinduism they emerge as independent, unblushing erotic female figures. Be it the Mariamma, Poleramma, Peddamma, or any local deity, they have nothing in common with 'the goddesses of the Hindus pantheon. Other than the local village goddesses, they worship kula devata (caste deity) and lnti devata (family deity). Later these traditions were incorporated as "little" traditions by Brahminical  anthropologists and sociologists to protect their tradition as the "great' tradition, on account of its "intellectual", "classical" and "higher' philosophy. 
The first three census reports of 1881 , 1891 and 1901 were limited in scope and excluded the dalits. With the introduction of separate electorate, communal statistics gained greater significance. Communities became increasingly conscious not only of their own numbers but also those of the other communities. The numbers game was being played between Hindus and Muslims. In this period dalits were used by the politically motivated caste Hindus. The census proved to be a blessing in disguise for the dalits whose numbers came to be decisive in the political life of the country. Centuries of neglect began to be gradually replaced bya cautious hardling of them by the Hindus, only to be incorporated marginalised Hindus. 
The Muslims started emphasising the independent identity of dalits out of the fear that the Hindus will emerge numerically stronger by assimilating them. Thus, the Muslims took the bold step of suggesting that dalits should not be enrolled as Hindus. That was when Dr. Ambedkar suggested alternative terms like 'Protestrant Hindus" or "non-conformist Hindus'. Through his Dalit uplift programmes in the 1930s, Gandhi tried to consolidate the Hindu society on the basis of chaturvarna systems, and the dalits were the losers. 
When the Christian missionaries realised that the incorporation of dalits into the Hindu fold was the strongest obstacle to spread the Christian faith, they adopted a new policy to change their way of life by establishing schools and colleges and by introducing social reform among the dalits. The dalits  saw the contrast between caste Hindus and the missionaries. lt is not the dalits who opted for a religion of compassion and concern. The whole debate on conversion has given the impression that the dalits and the tribals are incapable of choice and they can be lured because they are Poor.
Rejoinders 
Whv do they visit temples then? 
Y.Chinna Rao has advanced specious arguments. Prior to the advent of lslam in lndia, Hinduism was able to absorb all other cultures and faiths. Even the Dravidian Shiva came to occupy a prominent position in the Hindu pantheon. Rao did not explain how the enslaved Dalits and tribals managed to stay out of the Hindu fold with their kuldevatas. Also, if Aryans had subjugated the 'aboriginal' Dalits and tribals, as avened by Rao, and assigned to low tasks then who were the shudras and what role were they performing as the lowest caste? Obviously, those unfortunate sections identified bythe writer as Dalits (and not tribals as well) doing the dirty jobs were given the name of Shudras, the lowest component of Hindu caste system. ln time, the Shudras became 'untouchable". The writer says Dalits and tribals are not Hindus because they are denied entry into ternples and not allowed to read religious texts. lf Dalits and tribals are not Hindus, why do they seek entry into Hindu temples and wish to read Hindu scriptures?

HINDU IS A WIDER TERM
 The write up has exposed a critically inadequate appreciation of the word Hindu. The word lndia itself ist he Greek derivative of the term Hindu (Which in turn is the ancient Persian derivative of the term Sindhu) and refers not to any theology but to the populace of the land of the river Indus. If we are called Hindustan it is not on the basis of any religion but nationality. Because Hindus unlike Christians and Muslims do not brand anyone as pagan, heathen, kafir or infidel it is not necessary that all Hindus including tribals and dalits should follow a uniform system. To Hindus, religion is not a discipline imposed by a stern unseen God but a natural efflorescence of the truth within manifesting in manifold ways. lt is the negation of experience to state that Christianity or lslam unlike Hinduism is egalitarian. Were not they civilised Christians who instituted Afro- American slave trade axis or practised till a decade ago Apartheid in South Africa or precipitated the two World Wars? lf lslam is egalitarian then why are there violent intra-religious feuds in Pakistan? Again, why are dalits even on becoming Christian asking for a dalit status?

The issue is very much within the jurisdiction of Punjab Govt. That if the CM/ Deputy CM have will they can ensure freedom of illegal detainees which is very the fundamental right of the detenus. If the Govt doesn't want to set them free by itself they can get Fast Track Courts constituted which will free them in first hearing. Control of Bhai Gurbakash Singh's fast has been hijacked by Pseudo-Khalistanis and pseudo- saints and they are just waiting for death of Bhai sahib. Jathedar Gurbachan Singh's view is ridiculous that undertaking fast is not according to Sikh conduct. Every Sikh institution should pressurise the Govt to save the life of Bhai sahib.

2. ਸਾਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਹਾਕਿਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਚੱਲੇ ਲੰਮੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਦ ਲੋਕ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਛਡਾਏ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਕੀ ਕੋਈ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ ਰਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਕਾਰ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰਾਜ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ‘ਰਾਜ’ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਾਜ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਪੁੱਜਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਤੱਵ ਵੀ ਬ- ਖੂਬੀ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ। ਅਗਰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੋਈ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਨਿਕਲ ਸਕੇ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਬਿਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਖ਼ਤਰੇ ਦੇ ਜੋਖ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਲੀਡਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਹ ਵਾਹ ਖੱਟਣ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਸੁਨਹਿਰਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲੇ ਤਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਗਵਾਉਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ।
3. ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਾਸ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ ਹੱਲ ਹੈ। ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਨਿਰਣਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਇੱਛਾ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਮੇਤ ਪੂਰੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਿਸਟ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦੀ ਹਨ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੀ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਕਿ ਖੁਦ ਉਪ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਵੀ ਹਨ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਡੀ ਜੀ ਪੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਕ ਹੁਕਮ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਜਿਤਨਾ ਹੈ। ਅਗਰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਇੱਛਾ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਇਰਾਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਈ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੇ ਯੁੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਉਪ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੀ ਖੁਦ ਦਾਵਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਕਵਾਇਦ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 48 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਦੂਜੇ ਸਟੈਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਫਾਈਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਜਰਨਲ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਰਾਏ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਸੌਂਪ ਦੇਵੇ ਕਿ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਪ੍ਰਤਿ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਉਸ ਉਪਰ ਲੱਗੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇ-ਨਜ਼ਰ ਜੋ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਜਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ, ਫਾਈਲ ਦੇ ਉਪਰ ਲਿਖ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਿਫਾਰਸ਼ ਅਗਲੇ 48 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਵੇ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਲਿਖ ਦੇਵੇ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਤਕ ਕਿਤਨੇ ਸਾਲ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਦ ਕੱਟਦੇ ਹੋ ਚੁਕੇ ਹਨ। ਅਰਬਾਂ ਰੁਪਿਆ ਦੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਲੈ ਰਹੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਜਰਨਲ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੇ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਵਕੀਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਤੰਤਰ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਕਵਾਇਦ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 16 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਹੈ।
4. ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਗਲਾ ਕਦਮ ਇਹ ਹੋਵੇ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚਲੀਆਂ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਸਜਾ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਰਿਹਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੇ ਫਾਸਟ ਟ੍ਰਾਇਲ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਸਜਾ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਮੇਂ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਕੱਟ ਚੁਕੇ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਅਜਿਹੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਿਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਲਾਹਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈਂਦੀ। ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਵੀ ਵਧੇਗੀ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਵੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
ਜੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੂਲ ਸੂਬੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਬਾਕੀ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਭੇਜ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਹਿਤ ਤੀਸਰੇ ਕਦਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਇੰਝ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਵੱਧ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਦੀ ਹਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਫ਼ਾਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਹੀ ਸੰਭਵ ਬਣ ਸਕੇ। ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਭਾਈਵਾਲ ਜਮਾਤ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਂ ਹੁਣ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਹੋਣੀ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ।
5. ਇਸ ਦੇ ਚੌਥੇ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤਮ ਪੜਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਚਾਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਹਿਲੀਆਂ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਅੰਦੋਲਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਅਸਮ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ, ਮਿਜੋਰਮ, ਨਾਗਾਲੈਂਡ, ਗੋਰਖਾਲੈਂਡ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਜੈ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਨਾਰਾਇਣ ਦੇ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ, ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਇੰਦਰਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਵਿਚਲੀ ਅਪਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਜਾਂ ਰੀਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਬਾਕੀ ਸਜਾ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਹੀ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਵੀ ਉਸੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਜਿਕਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਸਭ ਅੰਦੋਲਨਕਾਰੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਹਨ। ਜੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਤਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਨਾਲ ‘ਧਰਮ ਯੁੱਧ’ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸੁਹਿਰਦਤਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ, ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ, ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਅੜਿੱਕਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਖੁਸ਼ਗਵਾਰ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਕਿ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਸੁਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਠ ਸਕੇਗੀ। ਸਿਆਸੀ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਮਸਲਾ ਖੜਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਖੁਸ਼ਗਵਾਰ ਹੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਸਕੇਗਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਇਕ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ ਹੱਲ ਹੈ। ਹਾਕਮ ਧਿਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਨਾਲ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਜੇ ਕਰ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਪੇਚੀਦਾ ਮਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਇੰਝ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਹੱਲ ਆਸਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਕੱਢ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੇ ਖਿਆਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ. ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਗਵਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ।
ਅਗਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਭਾਉਣਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ, ਆਪਣੇ ਫ਼ਰਜ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਾਜ ਧਰਮ ਤੋਂ ਭਗੌੜਾ ਹੀ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਲਾਹਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਪੱਕੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਦੂਜਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਰਾਹ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਦਾ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
6. ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰਤ ਨਿਆਂ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਅਦਾਲਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਜ ਕਲ ਆਮ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ ਚਲਣ ਬਣ ਚੁਕਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿਚਲੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਕੇਸ ਇਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਲੋਕ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰਵਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਇੱਕੋ ਦਿਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇੰਝ ਇਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਉਪਰ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਹਰ ਗੱਲ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਬਖ਼ੂਬੀ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਿਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜੋ ਸਹੀ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤਕ ਪੁੱਜਦਾ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਕੀ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਇਜ਼ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ "ਪੰਥ” ਬਣ ਕੇ ਖੜੋਗੇ ? ਜਾਂ ਨਿੱਤ ਨਵੇਂ ਬਹਾਨੇ ਘੜਨ ਲਈ ਸੱਤਾ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਸਾਥ ਦੇਵੋਗੇ ?
7. ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਮਤ ਨਿਰਮੂਲ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਮੂੰਹ ਫੇਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਵੱਖੋ ਵੱਖ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸੇ ਸੁਰ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਸੇ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਦੀ ? ਜਿਵੇਂ ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜ਼ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮੋਹਨ ਚੰਦ ਕਰਮ ਚੰਦ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਅਨਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਤੇ ਭੁੱਖ ਹੜਤਾਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ‘ਅਮਨ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰਕੂ ਸਦਭਾਵਨਾ’ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਦੱਸਦੀ ਤੇ ਭੰਡਦੀ ਸੀ ਠੀਕ ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜ਼ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਬੁਲਾਰਾ ਇਸ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਮਈ ਅਨਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ ਹੱਕ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ "ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਅਮਨ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਤੇ ਫਿਰਕੂ ਸਦਭਾਵਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਘਨ” ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਪਿਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਵਲੋਂ ਮਿਲੇ ਮੌਲਿਕ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਬੈਠਣ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਨਿਮਿਤ ਬਣਦੀ ਆਵਸ਼ਕ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਤਾ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਦੀ । ਘੱਟੋ ਘਟ ‘ਭਿੰਡਰਾਂਵਾਲਾ’ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਟਕਸਾਲ, ਸੰਤ, ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਖਾੜਕੂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਸ਼ਰਮ ਆਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੱਤਾ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਚੁੱਕ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਪੰਥ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਜ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੀ ਸੜ੍ਹਾਂਦ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਦੂਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰ ਚੁਕੇ ਹਨ। ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਡੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੁਝਾਵਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸੱਚ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਸਭ ਬੰਦੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਦਾ ਅਮਲ ਆਰੰਭ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਲੋੜ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਸੱਤਾ ਧਾਰੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਧਿਰ ਹੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਿਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਡਰ, ਭੈਅ ਅਤੇ ਅੜਿੱਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਤੁਰਤ ਅਮਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।ਸਿੱਖ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਾਸਾਨੀ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਂਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾ ਝਿਜਕ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਬਣਦੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਬਾਹ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ, ਵਿਧਾਇਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ ਫ਼ਰਜ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਭਗੌੜਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ।
8. ਜਿੱਥੋਂ ਤਕ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨਾਲ ਬੰਦ ਕਮਰਾ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਈ ਇਸ ਰਾਏ ਦਾ ਸਬੰਧ ਹੈ ਕਿ ‘ਭੁੱਖ ਹੜਤਾਲ ਤੇ ਮਰਨ ਵਰਤ ਸਿੱਖ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਹਨ’ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਦਾਸ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਪੁੱਛਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ "ਧਰਮ ਯੁੱਧ” ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਮੀਡੀਏ ਨੇ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀ, ਵੱਖਵਾਦੀ ਝੂਠ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕੇ ਪੰਥ ਤੇ ਤੀਜਾ ਘੱਲੂ ਘਾਰਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਹੁਣ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਮਿਲੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਰਨ ਵਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨਜ਼ਰੀਏ ਤੋਂ ਸੱਤਾ ਧਾਰੀ ਧਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਭ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਨਿੰਦ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਸਿੱਖ ਫਿਰ ਕਿਹੜਾ ਰਾਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਹਕੂਮਤਾਂ ਤਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਣ ਇਸ ਹਿਤ ਲਿਖਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਨੀ।
9. ਹੁਣ ਜਦ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਦੀ ਸੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ ਮਰਨ ਵਰਤ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਬੁਲੰਦ ਕਰ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਕ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਹੋਰ ਕਰਨੀ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਲੋਂ ਫਰਜ਼ੀ ਸੰਤ ਫਤਹਿ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲੋਂ ਮਰਨ ਵਰਤ ਰੱਖ ਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੇ ਹਵਨ ਕੁੰਡ ਬਣਵਾਉਣ, ਮਾਸਟਰ ਤਾਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹੀ ਜਤਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਕੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੇ ਤਲਬ ਕਰੋਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਫਤਹਿ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਬਰਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿਓਗੇ ? ਭਾਈ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਫੇਰੂਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹੀ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਕਦਮਾਂ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਾਏ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਖੇਚਲ ਕਰੋ।

1. ਵਿਧਾਨਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਅਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਪੰਥਕ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਬੰਦੀ ਛੁਡਾਏ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਦੀ ਰਾਏ ਦਾਸ ਨੇ ਮਿਤੀ 27 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2013 ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਜੱਥੇਦਾਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਗੁਰਬਚਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿੱਖੇ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਪੈਰਾ ਨੰਬਰ 2 ਤੋਂ 6 ਤਕ ਦੇ ਸੁਝਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਦੇ ਚੁਕਾ ਹਾਂ।
2. ਜੱਥੇਦਾਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕੇਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਮਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ 29 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2013 ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕੇਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਇਹ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਦੇ ਚੁਕਾ ਹਾਂ। ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਭਾਈ ਗੁਰਬਖ਼ਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪੰਥਕ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਦਾਸ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਸੁਹਿਰਦਤਾ ਭਰੇ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਗੱਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਤਿਕਾਰਯੋਗ ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤਕ ਪੁੱਜਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਹ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣਦੀ ਵੀ ਹੋਵੇ।
3. ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਈ ਗੱਲ-ਬਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ।
4. ਫਰਜੀ ਸੰਤ ਸਮਾਜ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਥਕ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਦੋਂ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਦਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੀ ਚਿੰਤਾਂ ਹੋਈ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਦਾ ਮੁਹਾਂਦਰਾ ਮਿੱਥ ਕੇ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੱਖੀ ਮੋੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਭਾਈ ਗੁਰਬਖ਼ਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਜਾ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਾਈ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਫੇਰੂਮਾਨ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਘੜ ਲਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
5. ਮੇਰੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਫਿਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਸ. ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨਾਲ ਬੰਦ ਕਮਰਾ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਏ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਦਿਲ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਯੋਗ ਸੱਟ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਮੈਂ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ 8 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2013 ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਬਿਆਨ ਤੇ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਦਰਜ ਪੈਰਾ ਨੰਬਰ 1, 8 ਅਤੇ 9 ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਪਣਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਹੁਣ 10 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2013 ਨੂੰ ਬਿਆਨ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਨਮੁਖ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਕਿ ਹਰ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਮੋੜਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਕਿ ਚਾਹੇ ਭਾਈ ਗੁਰਬਖ਼ਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਪਰ ਪੰਥ ਸੁੱਤਾ ਰਹੇ ਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਕਾ ਹੀ ਨਾ ਮੰਨਿਆਂ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਭਾਈ ਗੁਰਬਖ਼ਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਦੱਸੇ ਜਾਣ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਨਤੀਜਾਮੁਖੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
6. ਮੈਂ ਅੱਜ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਕਮਲਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਈ ਗੁਰਬਖ਼ਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੈਂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਮਿਲਿਆਂ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਕੱਲ ਆਪੀ ਵੈਬ ਸਾਈਟ ਤੇ ਚਾੜਿਆਂ ਲੇਖ "ਮਸਲਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਦੇ ਬੰਦੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਸਭਵ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ” ਦੀ ਲਿਖਤ ਕਾਪੀ, ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ "ਖ਼ਾਲਸਤਾਨ: ਉਸਦਾ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ”, "ਮਤੇ ਅਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਦਾਰੀ ਅਕਾਲੀਆਂ ਦੀ” ਅਤੇ "ਸਿੱਖ ਸਭਿਅਤਾ ਦੇ ਮੂਲ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ” ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਭੇਂਟ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਆਪਣਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਲਿਖਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਝਾ ਪੱਤਰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਹਾਮੀ ਭਰੀ। ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਫ਼ਰਜ਼ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਹੋਏ ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਸਭ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਲਿਖਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਸਭ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਤੇ ਹਿਮਾਇਤ ਤੇ ਖੜੀਆਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਾਲ ਮੇਲ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਹੁਣ ਸੰਭਾਲੇ ਜਾਂ ਨਾ ਸੰਭਾਲੇ ਪਰ ਸੱਚ ਭਾਈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁਖ ਅਸੀਂ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
7. ਪਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜੋ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਸੰਖੇਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੰਝ ਹਨ:
ੳ. ਭਾਈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਇੰਤਜਾਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਅਨਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਕਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਦੋ ਸਮੇਂ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਬੁਲੇਟਿਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ, ਇਹ ਹਾਲੇ ਕੱਲ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ। ਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਪੰਥ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਕੰਡੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਚੁਕਾ ਸਾਡਾ ਜੋਧਾਂ ਭੀੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਇਕੱਲਾ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਅਖੌਤੀ ਹਮਦਰਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਤਾਂ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਚੰਗੀ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਗਲਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਤੇ ਗਲਤ ਸਾਬਤ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵਾਂ ਪਰ ਅੱਜ ਦਾ ਅੱਖੀ ਡਿੱਠਾ ਸੱਚ ਤੇ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਸਾਂਝਾਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਫਰਜ਼ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਹ ਦਸਨਾਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਭਾਈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਕਾ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦੀ ਨਬਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਟਟੋਲਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਹ ਸਮਝ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਭਾਈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਦੇ। ਇਸੇ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਬਰੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸਗੋਂ ਪੀ ਜੀ ਆਈ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਜਬਰੀ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸੱਤਾ ਪੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਆਵੇ। ਇਕ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਤੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਲਾਵਾਰਸੀ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਰਦ ਗਿਰਦ ਬੰਦੇ ਵੀ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਪਰ ਹੋਏ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਨਾ। ਫ਼ਰਜੀ ਸੰਤ ਸਮਾਜ ਤੇ ਅਖੌਤੀ ਫ਼ਰਜੀ ਖ਼ਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਖਾੜਕੂ ਸੁਰ ਵਾਲੇ, ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਮਾਹੋਲ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੈਂਪ ਵੀ ਖਾਲੀ ਕਰਵਾ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਤੇ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ। ਮੈਂ ਕੱਲ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੇਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪੰਥਕ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਮੁਕਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਹੀ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਫ਼ਰਜੀ ਪੰਥਕ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਭੀੜ ਆਪੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਜੀ ਗਰਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਹਕੂਮਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਲੋਕ ਪੰਥ ਨੂੰ ਧੋਖਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਪੰਥਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਹਮਦਰਦ ਤੇ ਪੰਥਕ ਆਗੂ ਬਣੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਬਾਰ ਬਾਰ ਅਜਿਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਲੋੜ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਏਕਤਾ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਲੋੜ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਤੁੜਵਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ "ਹਕੂਮਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਤਾ ਪੱਖੀ ਮਾਹੋਲ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ” ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਾ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾਂ ਫੇਰ ਫੁੰਡ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਜਜ਼ਬਾਤੀ ਪੰਥ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਜਬਰਦਸਤ ਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਡੇ ਤੇ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਖਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੱਕਣ ਲਈ ਖੜਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
8. ਫਿਜ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਭਾਈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਦਾ ਇੰਤਜਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਪੋ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਚਮਕਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਆਪੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨੇ ਫੁੰਡ ਕੇ ਆਪੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਖ਼ਤਮ……ਇਹ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਾਸ ਕੇਵਲ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਕਿਤੇ ‘ਪੰਥ’ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਸਮਾਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਬਹੁੜ ਆਵੇ ਤੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਚਾ ਲਵੇ !

TOUTS OR HOW TO KNOW SOMEONE IS A FAKE KHALISTANI (in Punjabi) India Govt raised an army of touts to counter the spread of Khalistani movement. WHY CONGRESS IS SILENT ON THE BURNING ISSUES OF PUNJAB

 

Punjab Congress has always played a villain's role on the burning issues of Punjab. They believe every thing is fair in politics. Look in the present case of issue of:

 Release of prisoners who have completed their jail term

Some Sikhs have undertaken fast unto death for this legitimate and humanitarian issue. But the Congress has become silent on this principled stand. Because it has no courage. Because on one side is the matter of principle and the other is their divisive policy to please a certain section of society. So they maintain a double face: a villains face, people in chaste Punjabi call it a 'do mooha sapp' the double head snake. Right from the days of 1947 it pursued the policy of creating a cleavage between Sikhs and Hindus. So whenever issue of the unity of Punjabis arrives Congress becomes silent.
On the other the Akali Dal has accepted slavery and in principle they don't say a word which it thinks will displease the Centre.

1. ਕਈ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਰੋਧਤਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਘਾਤਕ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਕਿਓ ਨਹੀ ਆਇਆ। ਦਾਸ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਲਿਸਟ ਵਿਚ ਓਹ ਲੋਕ ਨੇ ਜਿੰਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਇਤਹਾਸਕ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਹਨ। ਕਿਉਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮੁਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਜੋ ਵਿਚਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਚਲਾਉਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਰੋਜ ਮਰਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨਾਤਕ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੁਕਮਰਾਨ ਛੋਟੀ ਮੋਟੀ ਜਿਆਦਤੀਆਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਲਿਸਟ ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤੀਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ। ਇਥੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਲੀਡਰ ਦਿਤੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਦੌੜ ਦੌੜ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।ਭਾਵ ਜਿਥੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬਹਿ ਜਾਣ ਪਰ ਚਮਚਾ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਲੰਮਾ ਹੀ ਪੈ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਬਾਦਲ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਲ ਮੰਨੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਘੇਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਭਾਵ ਕੈਂਰੋ, ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਬਰਨਾਲਾ, ਭੱਠਲ, ਬਰਾੜ ਆਦਿ ਆਦਿ। Some people are protesting why P.S.Badal's name is not there. We humbly clarify that only such names are given where the damage done by a leader is of historic level. Day to day or routine actions of an administrator to maintain law and order according to Central laws and rules can't amount to 'Most Harmful Sikh'. If we will include all CMs for such actions than people like Kairon, Captain Amrinder Singh, Barnala, Brar, Bathal etc. will also have to be included.
   
2. ਬਾਕੀ ਮਾਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।ਭੋਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀ ਕਿ ਮਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸੈਫਟੀ ਵਾਲ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਿਚਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਤਾਂ ਇਕ ਵਾਰੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਰਤਨ ਦਿਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਥੇ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਮੁਖਬਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਫੌਜ ਖੜੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਾਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ ਕਦੀ ਉਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁਧ ਕਦੀ ਵੀ ਜਬਾਨ ਨਹੀ ਖੋਲੀ। ਸਿੱਖੀ ਵਿਰੁਧ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਟਾਊਟ; ਦਰਸ਼ੋ ਰਾਗੀ, ਧੂੰਧਾ ਭੂਧਾ, ਘੱਗਾ ਮੱਘਾ,  ਜਿੰਦੂ ਸਪੋਕਸਮੈਨੀਆਂ, ਗੁਰਤੇਜਾ, ਗੁਰਚਰਨਾ ਜਿਊਣਾ, ਕਾਲਾ ਅਫਗਾਨਾ ਆਦਿ ਨੂੰ ਵਰਤਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਮਾਨ ਕਦੀ ਨਹੀ ਮੂੰਹ ਖੋਲਦਾ। ਟਾਊਟ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਹਰ ਗਲ ਪਿਛੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਭੰਡਦਾ ਹੈ। ਭੋਲੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀ ਕਦੋਂ ਸਮਝੇਗੀ? Some friends are also protesting on the inclusion of SS Mann's name. They need to be reminded that Mann acts as the safety valve of India Govt. He is not a real Khalistani. His own party once demanded that Mann be awarded Bharat Rattan for the services rendered by him to India. Mann never opens his mouth against the army of touts raised by Govt of India both in India and overseas. When ever Govt launches attack on Sikhism through the touts like Gurteja, Jindu Spokesmania, Darsho Ragi, Ghagga Magga, Dhoonda Poonda,  Kala Afghana, Gurcharna Jeona etc. Mann remains silent. The innocent Sikh masses have to understand tout phenomenon. Govt has raised a large army of touts in the name of countering Khalistan but in fact the touts are opposing Sikhism.

WHERE PRISONERS ROT BEYOND THE JAIL TERMS

India holds the dubious distinction where an under trial prisoner spends more than 45 years in a jail. Yes it happened in one of the North-Eastern state jail. Perhaps you can trace thousands of under trial prisoners who have spent more than 5 years in a jail.

Here is a news which has not been reported by any prominent newspaper or channel that a man named Gurbax Singh has undertaken a fast unto death, seeking the release of such prisoners who have completed their jail terms.

We daily read such examples of hair raising human right violations  in India yet some people shamelessly call, "My India is Great." This kind of mindset surely promotes chauvinism. People need to be alerted what is happening in India.

ONCE CHINESE RULED MAJHA AREA
1400 years ago when Chinese travellor Heiun Tsang came he witnessed that Chinese were ruling over the present Majha area of Punjab. The capital city was called China-Patti. The present Chhina tribe of the Jatts are the original Chinese who were rehabilitated by Kanishak Kushan.

LAHORE: Increasingly under pressure in his country over the continuing drone attacks by US agencies in Pakistani areas, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif made a strong plea over the weekend for speedily resuming peace ties with India.

"We must aim to dismantle visa requirement between the two countries," Sharif said choosing the unusual venue of the opening of a literary and cultural conference to voice the demand. The reason: he was told that The Times of India's correspondent was present at the function. Directly addressing TOI's representative for a large part of his speech, Nawaz Sharif said: "You must go back and convince your government to sit with us and resolve issues."

He added: "I understand that your country is going to elections so the anti-Pakistani bogey is being raised. But let me tell you in the run up to the last election we never raised an anti-India bogey."

"India and Pakistan are mirror images of each other and therefore we must have good ties. This is a necessity," he stressed.

His plea to an Indian journalist surprised the audience - most of them writers and men of letters - and many wondered why he was doing so at a meeting to discuss the future of Urdu.

A drone attack on Hungoo, a big city in the border province of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa has stepped up pressure on Nawaz Sharif. This is not the first US drone attack but is the first such strike in a 'settled' area. The attacks - targeted at the Taliban - have, however, incensed the entire nation. Imran Khan's opposition Pakistan Tehreek-i- Insaaf party has been organising countrywide demonstrations and threatening to block NATO supply routes to Afganistan that pass through Pakistan. Other leaders have said that it is time the nation took a call whether they want dollars or have their sovereignty compromised.

Sharif said that Pakistan's priority under his regime would be to revive the economy and check terrorism. Not a day passes in Pakistan without terrorist attacks in some city or the other. "This is causing a lot of anxiety in the country and the US has replaced India as enemy number one. We now feel the need to build excellent relations with India," said a senior civil servant.

Analysts said that Sharif hailing from a business family is also looking for more exports to India and feels the need to normalise ties. But he has not been able to bite the bullet and grant MFN status to India.

Though Sharif wants visa requirements between two countries to be dismantled, presently the visa regime is very restrictive. Those over 65 are however allowed visa on arrival. This facility has recently been introduced but not much used.
ਵਾਹ ਜੀ ਵਾਹ!!! ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ--- ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹਦੀ  ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਿੰਦੋਸਤਾਨ ਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਲਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀਜੇ ਆਦਿ ਦੀ ਜਰੂਰਤ ਨਾਂ ਰਹੇ। ਇਹ ਸਚ ਮੁੱਚ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਸਾਨ- ਭਾਰਤ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਖੜੀ 'ਬਰਲਿਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਦੀਵਾਰ' ਨੂੰ ਤਹਿਸ ਨਹਿਸ ਕਰਨ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਹੈ। ਨਵਾਜ਼ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਮਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਉਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਇਲੇਕਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਗਰੋ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਯਾਦ ਰਹੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਚਿਰੋਕਣੀ ਇਹ ਮੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਵੀਜਾ ਨਿਜਾਮ ਹਟਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਖ 1947 ਤੋਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਅੱਗੇ ਅਰਜੋਈਆਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ ਤੇ ਸੰਨ 2001 ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ 'ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਲਾਂਘਾ' ਵੀ ਚਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਿਛੇ ਮੇਲੇ ਮੌਕੇ (1 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ 15 ਮਾਰਚ ਤਕ) ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 25 ਲੱਖਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਲਾਂਘੇ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿਚ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਤਕ ਮਾਰਚ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ। ਯਾਦ ਰਹੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਇਸਲਾਮ ਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੂਧਰਮ ਵਿਚਲੀ ਤਲਖੀ ਖਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਲਾਂਘਾ ਖੁੱਲਣ ਤੇ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਅਮਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
